About the role
Navias is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our centralized QA function. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Contact Center solutions, Salesforce Education Cloud, and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.
What you'll do
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements
- Perform functional testing across Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom-built components
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., APIs, middleware platforms, data systems)
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by partnering with business stakeholders to ensure real-world scenario validation
- Execute regression testing for releases, patches, and enhancements to maintain system stability
