- Develop and write technical proposals , RFP/RFI responses , SOWs , technical narratives , user guides , SOPs , and process documentation
- Prepare proposal sections including executive summaries , technical approaches , solution descriptions , past performance , and compliance matrices
- Gather technical and functional information from SMEs, architects, developers, and project managers
