About the role
The Senior Engineering Partner is a high‑impact technical role responsible for owning, stabilizing, and scaling production systems while partnering closely with the Transformation team. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise, strong architectural judgment, hands‑on AI‑assisted development experience, and the ability to set engineering standards across fast‑moving, AI‑enabled environments.
What you'll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery and maintenance of production systems with 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Provide senior‑level technical judgment through prior tech‑lead or architect responsibilities
- Build and review backend services using Python or TypeScript/Node , including fast, high‑quality code reviews
- Use AI‑assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar) to accelerate development and correct flawed AI‑generated output
- Define and enforce engineering standards: testing frameworks, CI/CD gates, code review guidelines
