About the role
This is a critical editorial position in the K12 content development space. The role of the editor will entail complete understanding of the pedagogical structure of a series; reviewing, editing, copyediting of content, drawing crucial documents like competition analysis and vertical-horizontal plan, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Ø To understand the pedagogical plan of a project
- Ø To contribute towards documents like competition analysis and vertical-horizontal plan
- Ø To review content received from the author and ensure that it is in keeping with the blueprint as well as curriculum guidelines
- Ø To identify and commission authors and work closely with them to carry out the vision for a particular series of content, keeping the focus on the learner
- Ø To follow the editorial processes, guidelines and standards
