What you'll do
- Establish and manage complaint resolution systems for internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement SOPs/SMPs for equipment maintenance
- Identify and onboard alternate vendors for non-OEM repairs
- Ensure availability of critical spares and equipment uptime
- Monitor shutdown activities for timely completion
