- Coordinate with internal and external agencies to develop cost estimates for ISBL units and OSBL
- Review cost estimates prepared by other agencies
- Ensure proper level and accuracy of cost estimates required for the approval process
- Develop and maintain the database for cost estimation
- Maintain up-to-date rates for various construction activities at the project location
