What you'll do
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
