About the role
The Manager, Quality Engineering will lead a team of quality engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and solutions for NCR VOYIX. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and processes for software products
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure product quality and performance
- Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other cross-functional teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
