About the role
This role is responsible for the design, development, modernization, implementation, and support of software solutions for retail and store technology products. As a senior engineer, you will drive technical solutions from concept through delivery, contribute to architectural and design decisions, mentor team members, and help modernize applications through cloud-native technologies, automation, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted software development.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise retail software solutions
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies
- Drive technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and resolve complex technical issues
- Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, API-driven development, microservices, automation, containerization, and CI/CD
