- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, often involving multi-vendor technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and impact
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure scalability and support for new applications and services
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide expert-level support for production systems outside of standard business hours
