About the role
The AOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring alerts and getting them actioned in timely manner .
What you'll do
- Actively monitoring alerts coming from all the platforms
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance
- Perform routine system administration tasks, such as user management, file system management, and backup/restore operations
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches, following best practices and change management procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems
