About the role
As an Implementation Engineer, you will be part of the India team to own key delivery functions, collaborating closely with our team in Europe and existing offshore teams in India. You will also work closely with our entire delivery team and interact with our Australia and US departments (product, sales and development teams).
What you'll do
- Configuring projects and ensuring the integration of our system for utility/geospatial clients
- Conceiving efficient workflows for delivery projects with a focus on automation, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets
- Identifying and prioritising improvements that would enhance the project’s speed by partnering with engineering and product teams
- Detecting inaccuracies in the digital twin and reconfiguring the automodelling and dependencies to GIS
- Analysing client requests or issues (specific to delivery/presales projects) and identifying new innovative opportunities for that implementation project
