About the role
The Delivery Manager owns execution of assigned automotive engineering projects within PES, ensuring predictable delivery against scope, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, and customer commitments. Key Interfaces Internal Interfaces Delivery Head, DU Head, Architects, Technical Leads, Project Managers, QA, HR, Finance, PMO, and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Manage delivery planning, scope, milestones, effort, dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, customer quality gates, and internal processes. 2. Customer Coordination & Delivery Communication
- Act as the primary delivery contact for assigned customer stakeholders
- Present status, risks, dependencies, staffing needs, and corrective actions in reviews
- Support account governance, escalation preparation, audits, and operational reviews. 3. Team Management & Resource Utilization
