About the role
The team will be responsible for product implementation, configuration, customer training, functional consulting, and ongoing application support for US-based clients.
What you'll do
- Implement and configure the accounting software based on client business requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data validation, and implementation activities
- Provide product demonstrations and end-user training through virtual sessions and documentation
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 functional application support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with product/engineering teams when technical escalation is required
