About the role
Experienced Lead Engineer to lead the technical implementation, customization, support, and maintenance of our IPI (Instant Payment System) product across multiple banking clients in the UAE. The role requires strong technical expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack, combined with a solid understanding of banking and payment systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the IPI application across multiple banking clients
- Provide technical guidance to developers and review code to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to identify implementation approaches and dependencies
- Lead technical discussions on application architecture, integrations, database design, API implementation, and message processing
- Troubleshoot complex application, database, integration, and production issues and drive them to resolution
