The NetApp Instaclustr development team is responsible for building, maintaining and operating the platform that allows us to provision and reliably keep thousands of distributed application servers running worldwide.
What you'll do
- Lead one of the teams of 5-10 engineers that makes up our product development team
- You can expect that some of your time will be spent helping your team head in the right direction
- Take end to end ownership of one or more aspects of our managed platform, which takes care of the whole lifecycle: provisioning infrastructure
- Work with a Product Manager to set team priorities, and work with a senior software engineering manager to plan and manage the work of your team
- Develop the skills and careers of the engineers in your team
