About the role
In this role, you will design and implement software across critical security domains, with a primary focus on Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) capabilities, alongside Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN).
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and optimize firewall software modules for next-generation cybersecurity solutions, including NGFW, SASE, ZTNA, SWG, VPN, and SD-WAN
- Contribute to design decisions and to the technical direction of the firewall and cybersecurity platform
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software components through thoughtful design and rigorous testing
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, design, and the software development lifecycle
- Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support continuous integration and deployment processes
