About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with deep expertise in networking protocols and a passion for quality engineering. In this role, you will lead the validation of cutting-edge router and networking products, driving protocol compliance, interoperability testing, and test automation across L2/L3 feature sets.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for L3 routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, RIPv2, and Static Routing on enterprise and consumer routers
- Lead validation of WAN technologies including PPPoE, DHCP WAN, Static IP, and multi-WAN failover scenarios
- Perform end-to-end testing of Firewall, NAT/PAT, DHCP, and DNS features across both IPv4 and IPv6 environments
- Drive test automation initiatives using Python, Robot Framework, or equivalent frameworks
- Conduct packet-level analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump to validate protocol behavior
