About the role
We are seeking a highly capable Associate Director - Program Management - to act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, driving execution of key growth initiatives, cross-functional programs, and operational priorities across the region. The Associate Director - Program Management will serve as the central orchestrator for strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA
What you'll do
- Drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA
- Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into executable programs, milestones, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes
- Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives
- Establish program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and performance dashboards
- Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure program milestones are achieved
