About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Lead to own and drive the test strategy for our products. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in product test planning, production test systems, field device debugging, and validation of off-the-shelf devices .
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, ensuring effective execution of test plans and professional development
- Own and drive Product Test Plans (PTP) across product lifecycles, from development to production and field validation
- Oversee and enhance Production Test Systems (PTS) for consistency, scalability, and accuracy of test results
- Direct efforts in field device debugging , including reproduction of issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Lead validation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) devices for integration, interoperability, and performance
