About the role
We are looking for a senior technical leader to own and drive the design, development, and evolution of device health, platform, API, and integration capabilities. The role combines hands-on engineering with architecture, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional execution. The candidate will work on large-scale device telemetry, health monitoring, APIs, data processing pipelines, and third-party integrations.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of scalable device health, monitoring, platform, API, and integration services
- Own architecture and technical direction for complex systems involving device telemetry, health monitoring, APIs, data pipelines, and third-party integrations
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, reliable, secure, and high-performance backend services and customer-facing APIs
- Build solutions for device status and health monitoring, including processing telemetry and identifying device health conditions and operational issues
- Design and implement REST APIs, Webhooks, partner integrations, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven services
