About the role
This role is critical and serve as the centralised enabler of generative-AI adoption across the enterprise. As a Enterprise IT Automation Engineer, you will turn fragmented, team-by-team AI experimentation into reusable, secure, and scalable capabilities that every function — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, HR, Admin, Legal, and Finance.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain reusable Agentic AI Agents, workflows, MCP connectors, and assistants for business and support functions
- Integrate MCP Connectors with Gen AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Open AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, into existing Enterprise IT & business systems
- Automate business workflows and cross-functional processes, and continuously optimise systems for performance, cost-efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Apply solid software-engineering practices (version control, testing, observability) to AI solutions so they are maintainable, monitored, and production-grade
- Partner with function teams to ideate, prototype, and scale AI use cases from concept to production, embedding into their workflows rather than handing off in isolation
