What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Implement and maintain performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and organizational culture
