About the role
As a Technical Architect, AI & Agentforce , you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll lead the technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and the broader Salesforce platform, and guide delivery teams from initial design through deployment.
What you'll do
- Work with the rest of our AI team and engage directly with customers to shape the right solution and see it through to production
- Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
- Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce and Data 360 at scale to be leveraged by agentic solutions
- Design grounding strategies for agents using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes
- Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems
