About the role
We are looking for a Manager to lead our Business Advisory and Internal Audit vertical. The ideal candidate will independently manage client assignments from Day 1, handle client interactions with confidence, and guide a team of interns to deliver high-quality work.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead a team of 5–6 interns, assign tasks, and oversee execution of internal audit and business advisory projects
- Mentor interns through technical training, ensuring quality and accuracy in all audit and advisory deliverables
- Internal Audit & Compliance
- Plan, conduct, and review internal audits and Internal Financial Control (IFC) audits to assess risk management and compliance
