Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited, formerly Stephead Advisors Private Limited, is an investment banking firm seeking a Director to lead its Pre-IPO Division in Mumbai. The role is pivotal in driving the firm’s growth through deal origination, fundraising, and strategic investor engagement.
What you'll do
- Take complete ownership of Pre-IPO projects from deal sourcing and mandate acquisition to fundraising and final closure
- Lead fundraising strategy through strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, Wealth Management Firms and strategic investors
- Independently source and convert new Pre-IPO fundraising opportunities through promoters, founders, CXOs, business groups and market networks
- Hire, build and lead the research, deal analysis and fundraising teams required for successful transaction execution
- Lead and coordinate with Research, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other teams across the complete transaction lifecycle
