The company is looking for a Head of Client Servicing who can lead the Account Management (AM) function or business unit, manage strategic client relationships, oversee delivery, and drive account growth.
What you'll do
- Lead client servicing and manage strategic B2B client relationships
- Coordinate delivery across SEO, performance marketing, social media, content, design, and web development
- Own project timelines, deliverables, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
- Review campaign performance, ROI, and digital marketing effectiveness
- Lead internal teams, project reviews, briefings, and client status meetings
