About the role
Tamohara Investment Managers is looking for an experienced PMS Operations professional with strong hands-on expertise in Wealth Spectrum to manage end-to-end PMS operations, reconciliation, settlements, custody coordination, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently managing operational breaks and working closely with custodians, fund accountants, banks, and internal investment teams.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day PMS operations on Wealth Spectrum
- Perform reconciliation between Wealth Spectrum, Custodian, Fund Accountant and Bank
- Trade date vs settlement date differences
- Coordinate with custodians, fund accountants and banks for break resolution
- Ensure accurate portfolio holdings, cash balances, NAV and transactions in Wealth Spectrum
