About the role
VALMIKI LEELA CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, formerly Stephead Advisors Private Limited, is seeking an experienced Senior Head – Institutional Placement to lead fundraising and investor placement for IPO transactions. The role is critical for leveraging strong relationships with institutional investors to generate participation and ensure successful transaction execution.
What you'll do
- Lead institutional fundraising for IPO projects prepared and developed by the company
- Develop and maintain a strong investor network across AIFs, mutual funds, PMSs, family offices, HNIs, institutional investors and strategic investors
- Identify the right investors for each transaction based on sector, ticket size, investment mandate and transaction structure
- Lead investor outreach, deal presentations, management meetings, negotiations and transaction closure
- Build and maintain an active institutional investor pipeline for upcoming Pre-IPO opportunities
