What you'll do
- Own the target architecture, technical roadmap, platform standards and governance model for the ServiceNow platform
- Lead solution design and architecture reviews across native capabilities, scoped applications, workflows, workspaces, integrations and data migration
- Define reusable engineering patterns for JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Design secure integrations using REST (Representational State Transfer), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), MID (Management, Instrumentation and Discovery) Server
- Establish security architecture covering ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles, least-privilege access, segregation of duties and secure development practices
