We are looking for a Workforce Analytics Analyst to support the Resource Management Group through workforce reporting, analytics, and automation. The role will involve working with workforce data such as utilization, bench, demand, deployment, capacity, headcount, and hiring fulfilment, and converting this data into meaningful reports and dashboards for
What you'll do
- Prepare and own weekly and monthly utilization reports (billable, non-billable and bench) at employee, project, practice and account level
- Reconcile utilization data across, allocation and RMG Reports, and fix gaps and mismatches before reports are shared
- Use analytics to find the reasons behind utilization trends and recommend actions to improve them
- Maintain and analyse workforce data covering utilization, bench, demand, deployment, capacity headcount, and fulfilment
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc workforce reports for business and leadership reviews
