About the role
Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules. Serve as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with business processes and compliance requirements. Translate business needs into functional configurations and customizations, including writing and validating Fast Formulas.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules
- Serve as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with business processes and compliance requirements
- Translate business needs into functional configurations and customizations, including writing and validating Fast Formulas
- Guide and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle — requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving process improvement and adoption of best practices
