About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation programme. The successful candidate will focus on developing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs), ensuring business requirements and end-to-end OTC processes are accurately documented and aligned with the overall solution design.
What you'll do
- Support the development and maintenance of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs)
- Document end-to-end OTC processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and accounts receivable
- Work with business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications
- Support process workshops, solution design discussions and documentation reviews
- Ensure documentation aligns with SAP best practices and the agreed solution design
