About the role
The Director of Software Engineering will lead a portfolio of healthcare interoperability products and help advance the shared services capabilities that support NextGen’s long-term technology strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle for a large API solution and multiple interoperability products and platforms across a variety of technology stacks and deployment models.
What you'll do
- Oversee software quality, security, and regulatory compliance to ensure engineering practices support healthcare industry standards and applicable requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and monitor metrics that measure team outcomes, delivery health, organizational maturity, and business impact
