About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) Specialist to support our worldwide finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end AP processing knowledge, solid GL accounting experience, and the ability to work across multiple geographies, currencies, and time zones.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice validation, 3-way matching, posting, and payment runs
- Perform daily/monthly GL accounting, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, tax compliance (WHT/TDS, GST/VAT), and appropriate approvals
- Monitor aging, resolve vendor queries, and maintain vendor master data
- Coordinate with procurement and business teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
