About the role
We are looking to hire a Contracts Manager who will provide contract negotiation and administration to support the delivery of contractual obligations for projects across India and the Middle East. Desire for continuous improvement and top performance
What you'll do
- Support contract management for India and the Middle East
- Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including commercial Supply Agreements, Service Agreements, and Amendments
- Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database
- Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinate business and legal approval and obtain appropriate signatures
- Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance
