About the role
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Travel Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our travel business. The person will be responsible for monitoring bookings, coordinating with drivers and corporate clients, following up on payments and billing, collecting duty slips, and ensuring every trip is executed smoothly and on time.
What you'll do
- Booking & Operations Management
- Monitor and manage all current, upcoming, and completed bookings
- Maintain a daily operational schedule and ensure all bookings are properly assigned and followed up
- Coordinate with drivers regarding trip timings, pickup locations, passenger details, routes, and special requirements
- Confirm driver availability and ensure drivers report for duties on time
