Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. Lead the review of proposals and study designs, independently resolving complex design and execution issues to ensure field specifications are accurate, practical, and commercially viable.

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes, ensuring alignment and removing barriers to successful project delivery
- Lead fieldwork coordination and vendor management, holding partners accountable for agreed standards of quality, responsiveness, cost, and timeliness
- Own project financial performance, including budget management, cost control, vendor expenditure, variance analysis, and timely corrective action
- Monitor project performance, identify emerging risks, and intervene early to prevent delays, cost overruns, or deterioration in quality
