About the role
We are seeking a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager with over 10 years of professional experience in software development to work with ML Ops Projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering principles, software architecture design, and best practices, with solid knowledge of OOP fundamentals.
What you'll do
- Design, scalable software solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability
- Lead software architecture decisions, ensuring the design aligns with business requirements and technical standards
- Collaborate with Research Leads , Architects and Product Owners to gather requirements
- Create and maintain documentation for the initiatives the team is participating in
- Lead a team of experienced and junior developers to deliver the solutions assigned
