About the role
Reporting to the Order Management Team Lead, this role serves as a critical link between Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence throughout the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive, with a strong understanding of order management processes and revenue operations.
What you'll do
- Order Processing & Revenue Enablement
- Manage day-to-day order management activities to ensure opportunities are converted to revenue efficiently and accurately
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities
- Conduct process refresher training sessions to enhance team knowledge and adherence
- Perform audit checks to ensure process compliance and quality standards
