What you'll do
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain
- Prepare session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities as per curriculum guidelines
- Train students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services, customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts
- Conduct interactive learning sessions including role plays, case studies, mock interviews, and presentations
- Ensure student attendance, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes
