About the role
Make calls to students and prospective students to provide information and maintain regular engagement. Follow up with students regarding enquiries, registrations, admissions, programs, events, and other engagement activities. Capture student feedback, concerns, suggestions, and overall experience through calls and other communication channels.
What you'll do
- Make calls to students and prospective students to provide information and maintain regular engagement
- Follow up with students regarding enquiries, registrations, admissions, programs, events, and other engagement activities
- Maintain and regularly update student databases, interaction records, follow-up status, and other MIS details
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on calls, follow-ups, feedback, registrations, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address student queries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up and closure
