About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful implementation of Financial Literacy projects across multiple states. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, training partners, government departments, funders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and achievement of key performance indicators.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and execution of Financial Literacy projects across assigned states
- Develop project plans, implementation strategies, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with state teams, training centers, partners, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress against defined targets and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Track project performance through regular MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis
