About the role
We are looking for an experienced engineer with 8-12 years of experience, who can work with supplier and ensure their deliverables and develop them to our expectation to meet the growing business volume and help to deliver good quality products withing stipulated delivery time.
What you'll do
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers based on technical, quality, capacity, cost, and delivery requirements
- Conduct supplier capability assessments and evaluate manufacturing infrastructure, processes, quality systems, and capacity
- Develop suppliers for P& ID parts, machined, cast, fabricated, forged, and other engineering components
- Identify suitable local suppliers and develop them to meet global quality and technical standards
- Drive improvement projects from supplier identification → feasibility → sample development → validation → PPAP/approval → production stabilization
