About the role
We are looking for an End user computing Engineer with 6 to 10 yrs. experience in managing and maintaining Windows environment, Azure VDI, Intune, IT asset management, network infrastructure and Video Conferencing System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in end user computing area.
What you'll do
- Lead Day-To-Day IT Operations, infrastructure services support, hardware & software asset management
- Experienced in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure
- Experienced in Windows image deployment & management
- Sound knowledge in ITIL framework
- Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and its migrations
