IT Technical Support Executive (Apprenticeship)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT department under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. The candidate will provide first level technical support and assist in maintaining IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop laptop printer software hardware network and connectivity issues.

What you'll do

• Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications
• Assist in setting up computers user accounts and email configurations
• Support LAN WiFi printers scanners and other IT peripherals
• Maintain IT asset and software inventory records
• Assist with antivirus updates system patching data backups and basic IT security
