About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Dining & Transportation to lead end-to-end workplace dining operations, transport management, hospitality services, and vendor governance across corporate facilities. The role requires strong expertise in food & beverage operations, transportation logistics, employee experience, compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Dining Operations & Workplace Hospitality
- Manage end-to-end dining operations including cafeterias, pantries, lounges, breakout areas, meeting rooms, and executive dining services
- Ensure smooth functioning of food services with focus on hygiene, food quality, service standards, and employee satisfaction
- Drive food safety compliance including FSSAI, ISO standards, hygiene audits, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, operational checklists, and quality benchmarks
