What you'll do

• Design scalable, secure end-to-end solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
• Architect complex enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
• Establish Governance and Ownership Assign data stewards, ownership groups, and RACI frameworks for every layer of the CSDM structure to maintain long-term data integrity
• Guide Integration and Tooling: Ensure automated tools like ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping
• Enable Platform Scalability: Prepare the enterprise data foundation so downstream products—such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM)
