About the role
Finance COO main role is to add value to the Finance Division towards Planning & Budgeting, Governance & Control and People Development. This function is also responsible for driving the CFO Strategic agenda. CFO Advisory including Finance Strategy Planning and Execution Support
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop capability-building strategies
- Design, implement, and manage learning programs including leadership development, functional training, professional skills, and compliance learning
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new finance hires, ensuring smooth integration
- Support the globalization of the onboarding program across regions
- Support the implementation of PMGM objective-setting processes
