About the role

The CTO function oversees group-wide transformation on strategically important, mission critical projects for the firm. Project Manager to join the Settlements Transformation Programme. The Programme will deliver strategic roadmap for Settlements covering both delivery of Technology and Operating Model Target State

What you'll do

• Stakeholder Management - Experience managing C-suite and senior leadership relationships to ensure alignment and support for critical initiatives
• Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues through structured governance processes
• Budget Management - Monitor and control project budgets, track costs against forecasts, and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
• Resource Capacity Planning - Forecast resource requirements, optimize allocation across projects, and manage capacity constraints
• ROI Analysis - Develop comprehensive business cases with financial modeling and ROI projections to support investment decisions
